The Events Systems Engineer will support the team to deliver events in Amazon venues with top-quality audio, lighting, video, and production technology, creating impactful customer experiences. Our Event Systems Engineers operate live high-capacity events while managing and maintaining the health, quality, and reliability of all production systems and equipment within the venue, ensuring the success of each event. With technical autonomy, they engage with production teams to design, program, and execute events, transforming customers' ideas into exceptional experiences. In this role, you’ll serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for technical event productions with strong, deep systems knowledge across audio, video, and lighting. Providing onsite support, you’ll continuously improve customer experiences, adapt to diverse event types, and flex with last-minute client needs and changes. You will perform planned and unplanned system maintenance overhauls ensuring flawless performance and long-term reliability. This system engineer role, specifically focused on audio and networking systems, will be in charge of the health and maintenance of the production systems as well as assisting with the planning and execution of unique, or non standard, events that require special configurations.
