What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5 years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, program marketing, demand generation, or project management roles, Proven success delivering trade shows, roadshows, sponsorships, and integrated marketing programmes across multiple regions or markets, Experience executing regional demand generation campaigns that support pipeline growth and commercial objectives, project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively, Experience partnering closely with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders in international business environments, Confidence using CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office applications, Willingness and ability to travel across EMEA as needed, approximately 20–25% of the time, Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, A highly organised approach, with attention to detail and a focus on operational excellence, A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and solve problems effectively, commercial awareness and an understanding of how events and campaigns contribute to pipeline and revenue generation, The ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environments, An analytical mindset, with the ability to measure performance and identify opportunities for optimisation, A creative and solutions-focused approach to customer engagement and event experiences, Understanding of integrated marketing, ABM strategies, and customer lifecycle marketing
Nice to Have
Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools, workflow automation, and modern marketing technology is a plus, Experience marketing to manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technical audiences would be highly advantageous, A solution-first mentality
What You'll Do.
Lead planning and execution of EMEA events
Own centralised EMEA event calendar
Deliver end-to-end event execution
Partner closely with Sales and marketing teams
Identify opportunities to strengthen brand presence
Support event messaging and content development
Own regional demand generation for UK market
Execute integrated marketing programmes
Support full-funnel marketing activity
and report on performance
Manage promotional merchandise and sample programmes
Act as central coordination for EMEA events
Continuously improve marketing effectiveness
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with Sales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and regional marketing teams; Collaborate with internal teams and external partners; Work closely with subject matter experts
