Event Productions is a full-service event production organization capable of hosting multi-track seminars, conferences, banquets, expos, large-scale trainings, concerts, and more for groups of 1,500+. From superior audiovisual solutions, event planning and logistics, multimedia and content production, to livestreaming and audience engagement tools — we offer complete production solutions to cater to all types of events. The Production Coordinator provides customer-centric intake management, calendar, organizational, reporting, and administrative support to the Event Productions team. The primary focus is intake management and calendar logistics for customer events. A successful candidate will step seamlessly into a corporate office environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills, impeccable customer service attitude, and be energetically driven to serve our customers and the team. Responsibilities include: - Daily customer communication, support, and management - Scheduling of booking requests and ongoing meetings management - Maintaining multiple event operations calendars - Managing meetings effectively; providing supporting documentation and aligning stakeholders - Improving efficiencies and working to optimize processes - Coordinating project-related data and reporting - Working on defined projects with straightforward goals - Identifying blockers and facilitating progress - Coordinating with vendors and external agencies - Conducting site visits for event setup - Guiding customers on event setup requirements - Creating and maintaining SOPs - Budgeting for customer events - Coordinates between all stakeholders to set up an offsite or onsite event - Identifying and initiating projects for process improvements and operational efficiency Key job responsibilities - Manage event support request intake through the SIM tool - Provide daily customer communication, support, and management - Schedule and coordinate booking requests and meetings - Maintain multiple
