If you're looking for a new opportunity where you can truly make a difference, we hope you'll apply for a position with us. **Job Summary** **Specific job duties may include:** \- Collecting/delivering incoming and outgoing mail and packages \- Covering the front desk during business hours and serving as the receptionist; supervising receptionist interns \- Providing assistance to callers and visitors to the office, assisting Pinnacle employees with administrative needs including ordering supplies, managing the breakroom, and planning and supporting company events. \- Will also run errands to purchase supplies, go to the Post Office, or make other local trips as assigned. **Qualifications** **Qualifications:** \- Helpful, service-oriented approach to work \- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, especially email and calendar \- Strong organization and task management skills \- Friendly and personable demeanor \- Willingness to help others with novel or unique needs that may arise \- Prior experience serving in an administrative capacity and/or providing customer service
