Must Have
3+ years of experience in field marketing, event management, or a closely related role, Proven track record of managing multiple events simultaneously across different markets and formats, Willingness to travel regularly across EMEA for event delivery
Nice to Have
Experience working with or for MSPs, IT channel organisations, or technology vendors is a advantage, Familiarity with MSP business models, IT management toolsets, or cybersecurity concepts, Proficiency in project management platforms (Asana, Wrike), CRM tools (Salesforce), and marketing automation

Own the EMEA events calendar
Manage all logistical elements end-to-end
Coordinate content development for technical roadshows
Manage guest lists and invitations for hospitality events
Drive attendance through targeted outreach
Craft compelling event communications
Track and report on key event metrics
Manage event budgets with accuracy

Team & Collaboration
Works closely with Sales; Works with other marketing functions; Works with the broader global events function; Collaborate with NCA & CSX Marketing; Collaborate with Account Managers; Collaborate with Account Executives
