4+ years of experience planning and executing events, Hands on experience managing event budgets, Hands on experience managing vendor relationships, Hands on experience managing production timelines, project management skills, Working knowledge of event production logistics
What You'll Do.
Execute end to end event logistics
Manage day to day production work streams
Track and reconcile event budgets
Maintain detailed project plans
Serve as the on site point person
Troubleshoot in real time
Direct vendors and staff

Team & Collaboration
coordinating across internal teams; Partner with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Partnerships, Comms, and Product; gather inputs; align on requirements; keep every event on schedule
