What You'll Do.

Own end-to-end logistics for Crux’s presence at 50+ events annually.

Manage all registrations

and related deadlines.

Execute pre- and post-event processes for meeting scheduling

Support the planning and execution of Crux-branded experiences.

Coordinate venue sourcing

and on-site execution.

Ensure all experiences align with Crux’s brand voice and high aesthetic standards.

Support collaboration with strategic partners to produce co-hosted events.

Help coordinate shared logistics

and post-event follow-up.

Coordinate the design

and distribution of Crux-branded merchandise and client gifts.

Manage multiple vendors to ensure timely delivery
