As our Events & Experiences Manager, you'll support the planning, execution, and measurement of Benevity's in-person events portfolio — including local activations, sponsored trade shows, and our annual flagship conference, Benevity Live, which brings together 600+ purpose-driven professionals from around the globe. You'll work cross-functionally with teams across Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure every event delivers a world-class attendee experience and measurable business outcomes. What You'll Do - Plan, coordinate, and execute Benevity's in-person events — from regional activations and trade shows to Benevity Live — ensuring flawless on-site delivery and on-budget performance. - Support the development of event strategies tied to pipeline and revenue goals, with clear objectives to evaluate success. - Manage event logistics end-to-end: venue coordination, vendor management, AV, staffing, and on-site execution. - Partner with demand generation and content teams on pre- and post-event communications that maximize attendance, engagement, and follow-up. - Help deliver a world-class attendee experience for clients, prospects, and partners — bringing Benevity's brand and purpose to life at every touchpoint. - Track and report on event performance, including leads, pipeline influence, and attendee engagement metrics. - Manage relationships with externa
