This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of in-person corporate meetings and training events (approximately five mid-sized events annually plus periodic enterprise-wide programs). Develop and maintain a long-term event roadmap aligned with business and employee experience priorities. Design engaging participant journeys that enhance learning, connection, and clarity of message. Build and manage trusted vendor partnerships (venues, production, AV, travel, catering, facilitators, technology). Negotiate contracts and oversee budgets, timelines, run-of-show, and on-site execution. Create scalable processes, templates, and playbooks to ensure consistency and operational excellence. Serve as the accountable leader for assigned events, guiding stakeholders and resolving issues in real time. Define success metrics, gather feedback, and continuously improve event design and delivery. Stay current on industry trends and bring forward innovative ideas.
