Ability and attentiveness to multi-task with capacity to interact with employees, visitors and contractors with poise and diplomacy, Advanced competence with variety of software including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and other requested software programs, Communicate effectively both verbally and written with excellent grammar and proofreading abilities for professional correspondence, Apply principles of rational systems and deal with variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists, Interpret instructions in written, oral, diagrammatic or schedule form while possessing initiative to assume additional responsibilities, Set priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced, demanding corporate environment with Amazon event coordination experience, Understanding of event requests processing and customer correspondence with troubleshooting capabilities during events, Knowledge of inter-vendor communications coordination between Facilities, Catering, AV, Reception, Janitorial and Engineering teams
Nice to Have
Experience in events coordination role with local corporate events facilitation in key buildings within corporate offices, Knowledge of resources coordination to ensure spaces are cleaned, set and ready for events with logistics management, Understanding of event related projects including documenting trends and recognizing opportunities for process efficiencies, Background in policies and procedures improvement related to internal events and spaces with customer feedback management, Experience supporting Assistant Program Manager and Events Program Manager with additional duties and responsibilities, Knowledge of Amazon corporate environment with understanding of fast-paced, demanding event coordination requirements, Understanding of professional service excellence delivery with customer requests and inquiries management capabilities, Experience with excitement for helping to build and maintain event support with continuous improvement mindset
