Coordinate internal events

Maintain event and physical brand assets

Own internal swag program

Maintain global swag inventory

Build swag request processes

Build swag distribution processes

Align office locations with branding

Align office locations with priorities

Coordinate logistics with venues

Coordinate logistics with event organizers

Coordinate logistics with printers

Coordinate logistics with fabricators

Coordinate logistics with shipping partners

Coordinate logistics with swag vendors

Coordinate logistics with agencies

Track event calendars

Track vendor relationships

Track post-event learnings

Evaluate event opportunities
