In this role, you will support the delivery of end-to-end event workforce coordination across major events, ensuring a consistent, efficient, and engaging experience for casual staff and volunteers. In this role you will: * Coordinate activities across the full event workforce lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and compliance, ensuring all team members are event ready. * Deliver end-to-end recruitment for casual and volunteer roles, including expression of interest processes, shortlisting, and assessments, while supporting inclusive hiring practices. * Ensure accurate and timely updates across HR systems, maintaining data integrity, supporting reporting, and identifying gaps or risks. * Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers and internal teams, manage shared inbox queries, and deliver clear, timely communications to the workforce. * Contribute to identifying improvements to systems and processes, referring recommendations as appropriate. **About you** To be successful in this role you will have: * Experience in HR administration, recruitment, or workforce coordination in a high-volume or fast-paced environment (e.g. events, sport, hospitality). * St
