What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in meeting/event planning (including incentives, association, corporation), hotel catering, or convention sales, Proven success in communicating and interacting effectively with executive-level stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and confidence in high-visibility environments, knowledge of program/event management and budget maintenance, Experience project planning, Proven ability to work independently and proactively, Prior experience in effectively handling multiple projects/demands and client escalations, Prior successful experience in developing and maintaining key client relationships, Excellent oral and written communication skills across all organizational levels (individual contributors, suppliers, and executive clients.), Proficiency in G-suite tools and ability to quickly learn new technology
Nice to Have
Experience managing high-profile or incentive events, Familiarity with venue operations and emergency response planning, Prior work with third-party suppliers and cross-functional teams
What You'll Do.
Serve as the primary point-of-contact for event hosts and internal service teams
Plan and design events in assigned venue space
and communication plans
Lead pre-con meetings and site ensure supplier service delivery
Oversee onsite event execution
acting as team lead and ensuring quality assurance across all service areas
Manage VIP logistics and special projects
ensuring privacy and security protocols are followed
Conduct venue audits and submit maintenance requests to ensure cleanliness and functionality
