7+ years of experience, 3 years of experience in sponsorship sales, Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Experience in complex, matrixed organizations, Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, Experience tracking and reporting on sponsorship performance, Experience developing and executing strategic sponsorship initiatives, Experience navigating a dynamic environment, Experience adapting strategies to evolving business needs, Experience fostering partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, Experience ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes, Experience handling sensitive data, Experience abiding by company’s data security plan, Experience keeping customer information secure and confidential

Develop and execute sponsorship sales strategy

Create compelling sponsorship packages

and secure sponsors for global strategic events

Manage the full sponsorship lifecycle

Cultivate and maintain relationships with sponsoring partners

Actively seek opportunities to upsell and expand partnerships

Track and report on sponsorship performance

and financial insights to evaluate opportunities

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity

Foster alignment with internal stakeholders

Ensure all sponsor commitments and event activations are executed flawlessly

Establish overarching objectives for the sponsorship program
