Possession of valid Security License (Bill C-159) mandatory, Smart Serve Certificate within the last 4 years is required, Ability to obtain Smart Serve Certification

Sports & Entertainment environment experience is a definite asset
What You'll Do.
Lead by example & provide ongoing coaching
motivation to the department’s Event security staff.
Ensure the safety of fans and employees through effective crowd management.
Communicate positively and professionally with all staff and fans.
Utilize a “one team” approach and ensure departmental integrity and winning vision delivered.
Ensure adherence by fans and employees of MLSE policies and procedures.
Ensure timely and effective reporting and follow up on all incidents.
Liaise with third-party contractors during events.
Maintain an understanding of Event Security Staff Collective Bargaining Agreements in foster positive employerployee relations accordingly.
Adhere to MLSE service standards
policies and procedures.
Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
Perform other related duties as required.
