$17.60/hr base, uncapped commission, and target pay of $30–$35/hr!! Outdoor, active, no two shifts the same. You'll be posted at gas station locations across your territory, starting conversations with customers and introducing them to Canadian Tire Financial Products. You're not scripted — you're just talking to people, figuring out what works, and getting better at it every shift. The harder you go, the more your paycheck reflects it.
