Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Manage the end-to-end delivery of life sciences events, including congresses, webinars, advisory boards, medical education programs, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Configure, build, test, and launch event technology solutions using web, mobile, portal, video, and engagement platforms to support project objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, proactive project management, and exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate event planning activities, timelines, approvals, logistics, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring alignment with project goals and compliance requirements. Train speakers, faculty members, field teams, agencies, and event staff on event platforms, workflows, and engagement tools. Oversee onsite and virtual event execution, ensuring all technology, participant interactions, and operational processes function seamlessly. Monitor project progress, identify risks, manage escalations, and implement solutions to maintain successful outcomes. Conduct post-event analysis, prepare reports and dashboards, and provide recommendations that improve future event performance and participant engagement. Contribute to program growth, knowledge sharing, process improvement initiatives, and the successful adoption of innovative engagement strategies. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in event management, meeting planning, congress management, medical education, or a related life sciences project management role. Proven experience managing pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences events, including congresses, advisory boards, webinars, and educational programs. Strong understanding of stakeholder management within pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare environments, including collaboration with healthcare professionals, agencies, and internal teams.
