Full Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Event & Project Coordinator to support cross-functional projects, campaigns, events, partnerships, and operational coordination across the company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing timelines, communicating with multiple stakeholders, solving problems quickly, and ensuring projects move smoothly from planning to execution. You will work closely with marketing, business development, operations, clinic coordination, and external partners to support both online and offline initiatives. ### Key Responsibilities ### 1\. Event Coordination * Coordinate webinars, workshops, campaigns, podcasts, and offline events * Manage event timelines, checklists, vendor coordination, and logistics * Coordinate speakers, partners, KOLs, and internal teams * Ensure smooth event execution before, during, and after events * Prepare event recap reports and performance summaries ### 2\. Project Management & Coordination * Track progress of internal projects across departments * Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and action items * Help ensure projects are delivered on time * Organise documentation, timelines, SOPs, and project trackers * Support cross-functional communication between teams ### 3\.
