Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years experience
Nice to Have
At least 2 years of customer service experience, Previous experience in event planning experience, mix of profit & non-profit experience
What You'll Do.
Assist in planning all DSG-led events
Become an expert on all event space
Work with Community & Events Manager
Create event documentation
Oversee the event experience
Manage the needs of Field events
Coordinate event entertainment
Maintain cleanliness/maintenance & equipment needs
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaboration with Community Leadership team; Work with Community & Events Manager; Build relationships with local schools; Work with the Community Team; Work with store management; Assist with training teammates; Train and mentor new hires
Communication Scope
Internal communication; External communication; Client liaisons
Process & Methodology
Cost planning, ROI analysis, Event documentation, Run of Show, Event Recaps
