Must Have

5–8+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, experiential marketing, or demand generation, Proven success managing strategic event programs end-to-end, understanding of pipeline-driven event strategy and account-based marketing, Experience partnering with Sales leaders and executive stakeholders, Excellent project management, organizational, and operational planning skills, Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, Experience managing vendors, sponsorships, and event budgets

What You'll Do.

Develop and manage the annual HR Solutions event strategy and portfolio

Evaluate event investments based on pipeline goals

Recommend and prioritize conferences

and regional activations

Align event initiatives with integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market priorities

Lead strategy and execution for executive dinners

Design high-quality attendee experiences that strengthen relationships and accelerate pipeline opportunities

Partner with Sales on target account strategy

and post-event follow-up

Ensure consistent white-glove execution standards across all programs

Own and scale Mitratech’s virtual roundtable program for HR leaders

Establish repeatable frameworks and operational processes for virtual events

Collaborate with Demand Generation and Product Marketing on topics

Manage end-to-end event execution

Build and maintain scalable playbooks

and execution frameworks

Oversee vendor relationships and event budgets

Partner with Sales and Demand Generation teams to align events with pipeline priorities and revenue goals

Support attendee targeting

and post-event follow-up

Track event performance metrics including attendance

Provide recommendations to improve event effectiveness

Position Summary Mitratech is seeking a Strategic Events & Experiences Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of event and experiential marketing programs across HR Solutions. This role owns the strategic event channel, including conferences, executive experiences, field events, customer engagements, sponsorship activations, and virtual roundtables. The manager will partner closely with Demand Generation, Sales, Product Marketing, and Executive Leadership to ensure events support pipeline growth, customer engagement, and market positioning. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and can manage high-touch experiences while building scalable event frameworks and processes.
