What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 4 years’ experience organizing international conferences, congresses, forums, Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written)
Nice to Have
Knowledge of French and additional languages is a plus, Adobe Suite is a plus
What You'll Do.
Creating and organizing events and projects of all scales
Developing and running new or existing events
Management of all logistics (venue
registration platform)
Supporting existing events (communications
manage onsite schedules & providers)
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Lead project teams; Work collaboratively with other functions including Sales, Content and Operations to provide updates on production status; Coordination with communication team for communication plan and promotional material when needed
Communication Scope
Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written)
Process & Methodology
Lead project teams, Follow a 360-degree organization approach, Leadership of complex, multi-stakeholder events, Coordination of the content, Support the conference program management, Coordination support on the identification of target audience & potential guests/attendees, Logistics support on invitations and confirmations
