Experience organizing corporate events (2+ years), Experience with various event formats (off-sites, corporate events, strategic sessions, team buildings), Experience planning and controlling budgets, Experience working with contractors: negotiations, coordination, contracting, Experience building and documenting processes, High level of organization and attention to detail, Ability to make quick decisions and handle emergencies, Strong communication skills, Service-oriented mindset, Ability to prioritize tasks in a multitasking environment, Proactivity and ownership mindset, Confident work with Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp
Nice to Have
Experience in IT or tech company, Base of verified contractors and locations in Kyiv, Experience organizing events for teams of 100+ people, Experience with engagement or people experience initiatives, Understanding of modern trends in corporate events and employee experience

Твої задачі: - Організація корпоративних подій під ключ: від ідеї до реалізації та post-event аналізу - Робота з різними форматами подій: корпоративи, офсайти, стратегічні сесії, тімбілдинги, внутрішні командні зустрічі - Координація таймінгів, логістики, підрядників та комунікації з учасниками - Планування та контроль бюджетів, оптимізація витрат без втрати якості - Ведення документації та звітності по проєктах - Збір та аналіз фідбеку після івентів - Пропозиція нових форматів та підходів на основі бізнес-цілей і метрик (eNPS, CSAT, attendance rate) - Робота з внутрішніми стейкхолдерами для створення подій, які підсилюють культуру та залученість команди - Активне використання AI-інструментів для оптимізації процесів та генерації ідей Що очікуємо від тебе: - Досвід організації корпоративних івентів від 2 років - Досвід роботи з різними форматами подій: офсайти, корпоративи, стратегічні сесії, тімбілдинги - Базове розуміння метрик та вміння працювати з даними - Досвід планування та контролю бюджетів - Навички роботи з підрядниками:
