What You'll Do.
Lead operational contact for event delivery
Coordinate venue operations with stakeholders
Manage venue hire contract deadlines
Oversee all venue activities
Coordinate site visits and team introductions
Own non-production floorplan elements
Plan practice room operations
Lead on-site comms flow
Manage freelance local event staff
Manage relevant budget lines
Finalize floor-plans and seating charts
Facilitate partner activations on site
Book and manage hotel accommodation
Plan and deliver on-site catering
Plan and deliver accreditation operations
Plan and deliver staff operations
Plan and budget front of house audience elements
Plan signing sessions
Plan partner activations
Plan concourse floor plans
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
