Your Impact: We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Logistics Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting the Event Marketing Team with tradeshow event operations, inventory management, and logistics planning. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management and contribute to the success of Formlabs tradeshows and events. If you are excited about creating organizational tools and streamlining processes that help us collaborate with even more people and support our event programming, we want you as an Event Logistics Intern. Internship Term: Fall 2026 (August through December 18, 2026) Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week) Location: Onsite in Somerville, MA (in-person) What You’ll Do: Full ownership to reorganize and optimize event storage and inventory assets in HQ and our event agency Support event logistics planning, including booth shipping, inventory management and event setup Collaborate with fulfillment and facilities team to align on shipping schedules and event setup Curate, procure, and manage physical and digital assets used in events Support all other Marketing / Sales Teams with the logistics of special projects About You: Previous strong record of campus involvement Proficiency in Google Workspace Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoi
