What You'll Do.
Greet prospects and residents
Assist with service request call backs
Maintain guest suite schedule
Manage loading dock schedule
Manage elevator schedule
Document package delivery information
Notify residents of package deliveries
Ensure amenities are in tour condition
Ensure amenities are prepared for resident use
Develop and execute events
Develop and execute services
Develop and execute programs
Develop outcomes assessment metrics
Keep information on local area
Maintain relationships with vendors
Maintain contacts with local businesses
Offer recommendations to residents
Keep up to date on events
Monitor Lifestyle E-mail Account
Respond to Lifestyle E-mail Account
Create monthly calendar
Create monthly newsletter
Create monthly flyers
Submit items for Resident Portal
Participate in ensuring sales standards
Participate in ensuring marketing standards
Provide input into budgets
Manage expenses to budget
