You’ll help craft experiences that energize, connect, and celebrate our people. Whether you're organizing RSVPs, setting up venues, or greeting folks with a smile, you'll be helping make each event one to remember. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing: * Helping plan and pull off events that reflect who we are—coordinating logistics like venues, vendors, swag, catering, and more. * Pitching in on event day—welcoming guests, answering questions, and making sure things run smoothly from start to finish. * Keeping our RSVP lists and attendee spreadsheets neat and up to date. * Helping manage and organize our event storage, keeping track of inventory, and checking things in and out. * Supporting communications and programming around department and team events. * Serving as a go-to for venue and vendor information. * Jumping in to support your teammates wherever needed (excluding licensed activities), because that’s how we roll. _**About You:**_ * A dedicated work ethic drives everything you do, and you take pride in executing events that bring people together. * Managing multiple details, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines don’t faze you—you stay organized, focused, and adaptable no matter what. * You excel in fast-paced, results-driven environments and thrive when working with a highly collaborative, team-oriented group. * Providing outstanding customer service comes naturally, and your strong communicatio
