Ability to travel as required

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High School Diploma or GED, 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs, Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, CPR and AED Certified, Ability to travel as required

Nice to Have

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent combination of education and work experience, Extensive knowledge of all club activities and promotions, Excellent customer service and promotional skills, Ability to build relationships with members

What You'll Do.

Provide logistical and tactical support

Support all adult sports programming

Ensure events are successful

Support Member Retention

Coordinate Life Time in-center event logistics

Collaborate with internal audiences

Coordinate external vendors

Deliver desired event results

Provide documentation and reporting

Provide project management support

Engage with members and non-members

Promote club events and adult programs
