Hotel experience preferred

What You'll Do.

Monitor servers and busperson adherence

Supervise service of guests

Assist manager to establish and monitor sidework duty

Maintain bank to HEI Hotels and Resorts standards

Read daily communication sheets

Prepare communication sheets for following shift

Check floor plan for appropriate coverage

Check restaurant for cleanliness and set up

Check service stands and aisle areas

Check tables for cleanliness and proper set up

Federal and Corporate liquor

Communicate daily with restaurant manager

Assist restaurant manager in conducting menu classes

Assist restaurant manager in conducting taste panels

Comply with attendance rules

Be available to work on a regular basis

Perform any other job related duties as assigned
