Must Have
Active student / Junior-level candidate with relevant internships/projects in community management, social media, content, or brand engagement, Genuine interest in the tech industry and developer culture, Bold, persistent, and proactive personality, Solid team collaboration skills, Organized and reliable, Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where plans can change and you need to adapt quickly, Excellent communication skills in English and Ukrainian
What You'll Do.
Support presence at conferences and meetups
Assist internal speakers
Drive engagement across the community
Support community and brand activities across Ukraine among developers and other tech professionals
Execute community engagement plans such as meetups
company-hosted events
and social media content
engage and support internal speakers for meetups
and other tech events
tech/AI trends and help spot relevant discussions externally to support our brand visibility
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive engagement across the community; Partner with internal teams (Wix Engineering, Employer Brand, Procurement, Ops, HR, and Communications) to coordinate the implementation of Wix brand activities
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills in English and Ukrainian — clear, friendly, and confident in both written and spoken communication
