Nice to Have
Post-secondary education in sport management, event management, or a related field is an asset, Previous experience leading teams or supervising staff is strongly preferred, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate large, diverse teams, Passionate sports fan with a understanding of basketball, hockey, football and soccer
What You'll Do.
and motivate a team of 100+ Activation Crew members
and ongoing development of part-time staff
Drive performance management processes including evaluations
and real-time feedback
Manage staffing logistics for 300+ events annually
Act as a key on-site leader during events
Oversee staff briefings across multiple departments
and event stakeholders
Maintain accurate scheduling
and workforce planning
Collaborate with Event Experience (EXT) Coordinators
and Managers to support event staffing and execution needs
Contribute to the ideation and delivery of fan-facing programming
and in-venue activations
Support cross-functional teams in executing engaging
high-quality event experiences
Manage payroll processes and support budget tracking across events
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in administrative tasks related to staffing and operations
Perform other duties as required to support event and team operations
