We are currently seeking an Evening Care Assistant with late afternoon / evening availability to work from 4:15pm to 9:00pm, plus alternate weekends. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes. Every day is different, but your responsibilities may include: * Providing personal care and support with daily hygiene routines. * Assisting with mobility to promote safety and confidence. * Offering companionship and meaningful conversation to support emotional wellbeing. * Supporting with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and light cleaning, where required. * Accompanying clients to appointments, social activities, and shopping trips. * Supporting with medication management, including collecting prescriptions and providing reminders. * Preparing nutritious meals tailored to individual needs and preferences. * Encouraging independence while enriching the lives of our clients through person-centred care.
