Full Job Description

Join Us in Building the Future of Home Robotics At Sunday, we're developing personal robots to reclaim the hours lost to repetitive tasks. We're focused on an ambitious goal to make generalized robots broadly accessible, enabling households to take back quality time. We have spent the last 18 months building a talented team, securing capital, and validating our technology. We are now seeking passionate individuals to join us in the next phase of our growth. If you are ready to apply your skills to the forefront of robotics innovation, we’d love to hear from you. What to Expect We're looking for an Eval Ops Associate to join our Data team and support eval operations. This role is about keeping eval logistics tight so operations run without friction and translating eval data into insights to help the ML team make better decisions. You'll work in coordination with Machine Learning, the Eval Operations Lead, and our in-house Memory Developers to understand what decision each eval is meant to inform, improve the quality and integrity of the data we collect, and make sure the physical environments and props we need are sourced, ready, and standardized. Your role is vital to ensuring evals produce data the ML team can actually make decisions on, by building the analytics, processes, and physical infrastructure that hold the operation together. What You'll Do - Build the data and reporting layer of eval ops – such as throughput, success/fail rates, incident trends – and distill insights to help the ML team make better decisions - Coordinate the logistics that let us run evals at scale including sourcing and buying props, garments, and equipment for the physical environments, and keeping them standardized across sessions - Scout and set up new spaces to expand eval capacity - Create and enforce documentation and process What You'll Bring - Strong data analytics fluency - High agency — you see a gap, scope it, and close it without waiting to be told, whether that's a broken d
