What You'll Achieve.
Ensure faults across the Exploren DC charging network are detected and escalated quickly; Own the end-to-end resolution process; Ensure no asset is left unresolved; Accountable for the outcome, not just the process; Ensure invoicing is proactive, accurate, and timely; Highlight trends before they become outages
Industry & Context.
Engineering Mindset – You have a technical background that lets you understand what a fault means, not just that a fault exists.; Read between the lines of a charger log; Own every fault from first detection through to final close-out; Ensure no asset is left unresolved
On-site basis in Silverwater, Coordination of licensed electricians on site
What You'll Do.
Electrician dispatch and site coordination
Scheduling and coordination of site visits
and planned maintenance
End-to-end fault resolution
Offshore team collaboration for fault detection
OEM escalation management
Ticket and database management
Billing and invoicing for service and maintenance
Network performance reporting
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with offshore monitoring team; Work daily with the offshore monitoring team; Raise and manage technical support tickets with charger OEMs across different time zones; Liaise daily with the offshore team, OEM support desks, electrical contractors, and customers across time zones; Support the Engineering Manager
Communication Scope
Adapting communication style to each audience; Clear briefing notes; Compiling fault evidence; Chasing resolution with urgency; Clear performance summaries and escalation reports; Accurate across written comms, ticket notes, briefing documents, and service records; Adapting communication across time zones and cultural contexts
Process & Methodology
Managing 10+ active jobs daily, Follow up 20+ open tickets per day, Managing 10+ active jobs and 20+ open tickets simultaneously
