**Job Details:** Job Description **Pay: $21.10/hr** **Job Title: EV Leader 1st. shift** **Hours:** 5:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. -or- until assigned work is completed. Hours will vary. **Department: EV** **Job Description:** The EV Leader will report in a timely manner to the Production Manager on all daily functions of their department. This position is responsible for performing daily inspections and audits of the department to ensure associates and equipment are performing in accordance to the departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) while maintaining company standards of safety, quality and efficiency. **Requirements:** Associate must be able to work independently, have excellent attention to detail, and highly motivated self-starter. This associate must be able to work well with associates’ needs and have the ability to operate equipment safely and effectively. The ability to work for long periods of time from standing and occasional bending throughout the workday is required. Must be able to effectively communicate in both written and verbal. **External Requirement: 6 months work history.** **Rehire Consideration:** * **Max of two (2) previous Tyson Employments to be considered for hire.** * **90 days (3 months) waiting period.** **Relocation Assistance Eligible:** No **Work Shift:** 1ST SHIFT (United States of America) **Certain roles at Tyson require background checks.
