Must Have
Familiarity with networking fundamentals (DHCP, static IPs, VPN, port forwarding, etc.), Hands-on experience with electrical systems or low-voltage hardware, Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing/CRM platforms, Experience with Datadog or similar data logging platforms, Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills with attention to detail, Comfort working in a fast-moving, startup-style environment with evolving priorities, Passion for clean energy, technology, and sustainable mobility
Nice to Have
Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent), Knowledge of OCPP and EV charger communications
What You'll Do.
Coordinate and execute remote commissioning activities for EV chargers and accessories including networking/IoT equipment across multiple OEMs and network types.

while ensuring internal projects and interdepartmental issues continue to move forward.
Maintain accurate documentation and project tracking through Slack
and shared dashboards.
Identify recurring issues and contribute to process automation and workflow improvements.
Support installers and partners remotely during commissioning and troubleshooting sessions.
Uphold high standards for commissioning excellence
and communication during all deployment activities to ensure long-term reliability and longevity of deployed sites.

Work closely with internal teams — including Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Support — to ensure successful site activations, optimize network connectivity, and help shape process improvements for future deployments.; Support customers, stakeholders, field technicians and installers while coordinating internally to move projects forward and resolve blockers.; Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to address deployment blockers, streamline communication, and advance internal initiatives.

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in commissioning, project coordination, and remote troubleshooting of EV charging infrastructure. You’ll work closely with internal teams — including Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Support — to ensure successful site activations, optimize network connectivity, and help shape process improvements for future deployments.
