The intern will support the Europe & MEART Compliance Team in monitoring specific compliance programs in force at Regional level and performing activities required at HQ/Corporate level, strengthening and improving the processes and internal controls in place and supporting the execution of the key projects for the Compliance Program 2026. The key compliance areas in which the Europe & Meart Compliance Intern will be actively involved are the following: \- Corporate liability, including Lgs. Decree n. 231/2001 (“Decree 231”); \- Anti-Corruption and Third-party Program; \- Antitrust; \- Export Control \- Data Protection.
