The role ensures that users receive assistance with hardware, software, and system-related issues, helping to maintain smooth business operations through efficient problem resolution and excellent customer service. Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role: * The role is primarily tech desk support for the Barangaroo office, and they will be the face of IT in the office and the primary support onsite every day * Communicating with people and providing amazing ICT customer service * In-person/phone/email support and responding to support tickets (Service NOW ticketing system) from our customers * Setting up and supporting computers, meeting rooms, printers, etc. * Audit meeting rooms to ensure they are ready for use and provide software and hardware end-user support to consumers. * Undertake routine maintenance of Endeavour group-owned technology equipment. * Liaise with 3rd party vendors to arrange warranty repairs of hardware. * Have a friendly, easygoing personality with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. * Conduct site visits and offer IT support to local ALH hotels, EGL Depot and the wider EGL business. * Provide exceptional customer service with patience, empathy, and unders
