We’re looking for an EUC Engineer to support the global rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). You’ll play a key role in ensuring all users—from multiple international sites—have the right devices, fully configured and ready to go. What you’ll be doing * Configure, deploy, and support end-user devices (laptops, desktops, printers, handheld scanners) * Build and maintain a standard catalogue of approved EUC hardware * Gather and validate device requirements with stakeholders across sites * Provide input on device standards, configurations, and deployment plans * Support on-site setup, testing, go-live, and early life support (including travel when needed) * Ensure partner devices (e.g. SI and BI teams) are correctly configured and secure * Troubleshoot issues during deployment to minimise disruption * Produce clear documentation and handover to support teams * Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and D365 teams to meet performance and compliance standards ## Qualifications Essential: * Experience in EUC, desktop support, or IT deployment in enterprise environments * Strong hands-on skills with Windows devices, printers, and scanning equipment * Exposure to large-scale rollouts or transformation programmes * Experience with device imaging and tools like Intune or Endpoint Manager * Ability to manage hardware standards and documentation * Strong problem-solving and communication skills * Willingness to travel internationally Desirable: * Experience in global or multi-site IT environments * Knowledge of Intun
