Responsibilities: Responsible for local and global IT desktop operation and maintenance, terminal management, office network and application platform Implementation and operation & maintenance support, and employee IT service support, etc. Perform foundational IT operations tasks, including OS installation/configuration, user access management (onboarding & offboarding), and data backup/recovery for servers and business systems as well as firmware upgrades for network devices, security policy configurations, and network topology optimization Analyse and clarify Japan and global end-users technical inquiries as wells as manage IT AI Ticketing System, summary and reporting analysis periodically Configure, monitor, and maintain daily operations of office network infrastructure (routers, switches, wireless APs, etc.) to
