Must Have
Experience as a Business Analyst within ETRM and power trading environments, Experience with OpenLink implementation, configuration, and extension, skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement, Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Technology
Nice to Have
Experience within a management consulting environment, Background in energy, utilities, or commodities trading, Experience supporting testing cycles, training, and production rollout, Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and lifecycle management, Basic scripting or technical understanding to support system analysis

You will work across stakeholders and delivery teams to support system implementations, process improvements, and transformation initiatives within energy trading environments.
