Must Have

7+ years of experience in software development, at least 2 years in a leadership role, Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next. js, and Node. js, Proven experience in leading full-stack development teams, understanding of software architecture and design patterns, Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure

Nice to Have

Experience with microservices and serverless architectures, Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
