current PhD student or a PhD graduate who has completed or audited DTI 5310 or IAI 5310 or equivelant, active researcher in the field of ethical artificial intelligence, proficient in applied ethics and contemporary philosophy, particularly in the realm of technology ethics and its implications for AI applications, proposed or applied practical frameworks, methodologies, and tools for anticipating and addressing ethical issues in their research, experience in teaching or assisting with graduate-level courses
