What They're Looking For.
Must Have
degree in law, compliance or related field, 5-6 years of experience in compliance, legal or corporate governance within the private sector, Experience working with compliance programs, Experience in advising different stakeholders or supporting decision-making in risk or compliance matters, Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity, communication skills, hands-on experience in delivering effective training initiatives, Fluent in English
Nice to Have
Experience of internal investigations and handling integrity-sensitive cases, Swedish is considered an advantage
What You'll Do.
Strengthen and safeguard ethical standards
Support global Ethics & Compliance program execution
Assist in ensuring business practices align with values
Support effective day-to-day execution of activities
Promote a culture of integrity
Support internal investigations
Drive roll-out of Code of Conduct
Deliver and facilitate compliance training
Support risk assessments
Support third-party due diligence
Identify and mitigate compliance risks
Translate compliance strategy into practical ways of working
