What You'll Do.

Execute and monitor settlement of ETF orders (in-kind and cash) through CSDs and DTC/NSCC

ensuring proper DVP/FoP flows.

Validate order confirmations

reconcile ETF shares and basket components

and resolve settlement fails and cash breaks promptly.

Coordinate settlement instructions with APs

and manage manual bookings when required.

Utilize internal platforms (e. g.

Enlighten) for order processing and lifecycle monitoring.

Calculate and verify create/redeem fees

collateral requirements

and ensure accurate posting to custody and fund records.

Prepare daily/weekly reporting

track operational metrics

and support process improvement initiatives.

Respond to client inquiries with clear

timely communication and maintain cross-functional relationships.

Adhere to risk and control standards

and information-classification policies.
