Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline required

Proven people-management experience in a delivery or shared-services environment, risk, controls, and escalation management capabilities, Clear, confident communicator across operational and senior-stakeholder audiences, Understanding of ETF basket construction and approval processes, Experience supporting global ETF operating models or offshore/onshore delivery structures, Exposure to complex ETF products (fixed income, derivatives, active/semi-transparent ETFs), Experience partnering with technology teams on workflow enhancements or automation
