What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate's Degree (or higher) in an engineering or science discipline, Minimum of 5 years semiconductor manufacturing experience, Minimum of 7 years of NXP (or affiliate) experience may qualify in lieu of degree, Experience with advanced electronics, equipment troubleshooting, installation, repair and operation of Semiconductor manufacturing equipment, Must be able to read schematics and complex drawings/diagrams, Must be physically capable of standing for long periods of time as well as lifting and carrying objects up to 50 pounds, Ability to work well in a diverse team environment and multitask with minimal supervision while adjusting to changing priorities, Analytical problem solving and testing skills
What You'll Do.
Troubleshoot and repair hardware and process failures
Perform preventive maintenance activities
Use SPC charts and FabGuard FDC software
Document maintenance activities
Assist in improving standardized work documents
Maintain spare parts inventory
Take initiative with minimal supervision
Interact with multiple disciplines
Thrive in a multi-cultural environment
Troubleshoot complex hardware and process issues
Use SPC and FabGuard FDC data
Deal with multiple equipment downs
Assist Equipment Engineers with upgrades
Assist Equipment Engineers with improvements
Assist Equipment Engineers with long down troubleshooting
Work with process technicians on wafer recoveries
Work with process technicians on post maintenance qualification tasks
Coordinate equipment down time with Manufacturing Leads
