**Looking for Philippines-based candidates** **Job Role:** Estimator/Project Co-Ordinator - Mechanical Plumbing **Compensation range:** $2,000 AUD - $2,500 AUD / Monthly **Engagement type:** Independent Contractor Agreement **Work Schedule:** This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time. **Who We Are:** At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. **Who The Client Is:** A specialist mechanical services contractor delivers end-to-end pipework and HVAC installation solutions across commercial and industrial construction projects. Their work spans new builds, refurbishments, and complex fit-outs, where they support the delivery of critical building systems including pipework, plant equipment, and mechanical infrastructure. **Role Overview:** We are seeking a highly capable Estimator / Project Coordinator with experience in mechanical plumbing and/or HVAC systems. This role combines technical estimating with project coordination, requiring strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts across projects. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, supporting project delivery, and ensuring all documentation, pricing, and coordination activities are executed with precision. **Key Responsibilities: ** * Prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical plumbing and HVAC projects based on drawings, specifications, and scope of works * Interpret construction drawings, schematics, and technical documents to develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) * Build and maintain detailed cost breakdowns, including labour, materials, subcontractors,
