Must Have
Minimum 5 years of experience within construction projects, Previous experience in estimating within the real estate sector, understanding of construction methodologies, costs and market pricing, Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation, analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software/tools, communication and organisational skills, Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English
