With a strong emphasis on quality workmanship, efficient project management, and a reliable in-house team, projects are completed to a high standard while staying on schedule and within budget. **Role Overview:** This role is responsible for producing highly accurate, detailed cost estimates for custom, high-end residential projects. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all quantities, pricing, and scope elements are thoroughly reviewed and aligned to avoid costly errors. By carefully analyzing plans, identifying risks, and validating all inputs, the Estimator plays a critical role in delivering reliable budgets and supporting smooth project execution from pre-construction through to build. **Key Responsibilities: ** * Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bills of quantities based on architectural, structural, and engineering drawings * Analyze plans, specifications, and scopes to identify risks, discrepancies, and missing information prior to pricing * Develop trade-based costings, including materials, labor, and subcontractor scopes * Source, evaluate, and c
