In 2026, DH Pace is celebrating its 100th anniversary in business. DH Pace Company, Inc., is currently looking for an Estimator to join our team in Tempe, AZ. With minimal supervision, the Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate, timely, and competitive bids for Commercial Entry Door Systems. Working to support our sales staff and resulting in profitable sales and positive customer relationships. Knowledge and experience in the industry is a prerequisite to perform this role. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Rapidly develops or possess advanced level skills at using DH Pace estimating processes and procedures and utilizing DH Pace estimating software as well as other business software programs. (Excel, Bluebeam, Internal Software, etc) Rapidly develops or possesses advanced level knowledge of door and door related products, understanding functionality, special features, usage options as well as pricing variance based on specific job needs. Rapidly develops understanding of Core Product Lines, Vendors, Labor Standards Educates sales team on product options and assist customers in product selection to ensure sale and best project outcome. Perform effective Quote Request Review, Scope Creation, Material List, and Product Selections to generate accurate Project Cost Estimates and Bids. Estimates advanced and complex projects of limited project size, writing all proposals clearly and concisely for review and approval by Manager prior to customer's review.
